Hey all, can folks recommend theater spaces in downtown Oakland? I only know a few, and I'm open to converted spaces with professional equipment or club spaces with theater vibe. I need 50-100 seats. It seems like there aren't too many?

sound board and sound system
projector, microphones, mic stands,
dressing room (or green room)
